Job Summary:

Charlie's Electric Bike is looking for a motivated and customer-focused full-time Electric Bike Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales team member, you will be responsible for promoting and selling electric bikes to customers in our store and online.  The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service and communication skills, as well as a passion for electric bike technology and the ability to handle sales transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
 
Responsibilities:
 
• Providing exceptional customer service to customers in-store and online
• Educating customers on the features, benefits and proper usage of electric bikes
• Developing a thorough knowledge of our electric bike models and accessories
• Consulting with customers to determine their needs and recommending the right products
• Assisting with the maintenance and upkeep of the store
• Following all company policies and procedures
• Ensuring that the store is clean and organized
• Maintaining accurate sales records
• Updating customers on new products and promotions
• Attending industry events and trade shows
 
Requirements:
 • Proven retail sales experience
• Ability to work a flexible sche  ule, including weekends and  holidays
• Outstanding customer service  skills
