Job Summary:
 
We are looking for an experienced bike mechanic/service technician to join our team. The ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge and experience in the repair and maintenance of all types of bicycles, including electric bikes.
 
The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing electric bikes. This includes troubleshooting and diagnosing issues, performing maintenance on bikes, and providing excellent customer service.
 
Responsibilities:
 
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electric bike issues
 
• Perform routine maintenance on electric bikes
 
• Replace and adjust brake systems, chains, and other components
 
• Repair and replace electrical components
 
• Provide excellent customer service and explain repairs and maintenance to customers
 
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
 
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed
 
Requirements:
 
• Previous experience as a bike mechanic/service technician
 
• Extensive knowledge and experience with all types of bicycles, including electric bikes
 
• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose issues with electric bikes
